Unlike popular belief, most people think ab exercises are responsible for revealing muscle tone in our trunk. The triste is ab workouts strengthen and help build muscle around the area, but what’s going to help you oxidize fat and reduce more body fat is a combination of strength training with a balanced diet.

This routine helps you build muscle and reduce body fat. The circuits are performed in a HIIT style that will elevate your heart rate enough to get cardiovascular benefits and burn calories even hours after finishing. Having enough protein, moderate healthy fats, and a good amount of complex carbohydrates will help you reduce your body fat to help you reveal the muscle you’ve built.

Comer  suficiente proteína a base de tu peso corporal, grasas moderadamente saludables, y una buena cantidad de carbohidratos complejos ayudará a reducir la grasa corporal revelar el músculo que has desarrollado.
