If you’re making a smoothie, all you have to do is make the milk first by adding almond butter and water, blend, then add in your fruit and protein powder to enjoy. It’s that simple!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3 cups of filtered water
Directions:
- Add almond butter and water to a blender.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until creamy.
- Store in an airtight container and you’re done!
- Optional: strain the milk to remove sediment. This step is not necessary, but might help to make the milk even smoother if you’re making a large batch to store and use later.
